Diesel engines have always been rather popular in Europe (and in America with those who love large trucks), but now a few auto brands are starting to incorporate diesel engines instead of adding expensive hybrid and electric technologies here in the U.S. as well. Until now, these automakers have all hailed from Europe and otherwise abroad, but, recently American automaker Chrysler decided to join the fold with its 3.0-liter V6 EcoDiesel Engine. This new diesel will make its way into the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and could also be featured in other upcoming Jeep models as well.
