    John started part-time in the family business in the summer of 1975 while still in High School. John began full-time in 1980 after graduating from Heidelberg college with a degree in Business. He acquired its complete operations in the late 80's. John believes in the commitment to providing exceptional service to every customer as well as building long term relationships. This is the same philosophy that his father and grandfather had before him and is the foundation that the company has been built around for over 95 years.

    Sales Manager

    Long-standing sales manager, Tom Zirger, joined the Coppus Motors team right out of college, making him a veteran salesman of 36 years. Tom has been a Chrysler Certified Sales Manager for 24 of those years.

    Ron, also known as Whitey, has been a certified sales consultant at Coppus Motors for 29 years. Previously, Ron worked across from Coppus Motors at Highway Oil Gas Station for 16 years. Ron grew up in Tiffin and is proudly still calling it home with wife Connie and 4 children, Miriah, Garrett, Marcus, and Conner.

He started as a sales professional and within that short time was awarded MVP (most valuable professional) specializing in 4-wheel drive systems, a 7 year RAM Expert, a 5 year Jeep Expert, a 5 year UConnect Expert, a 4 year Mopar Expert, and an 8 year Certified Specialist for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Kevin made the transition to Finance Manager to assist with all of your finance needs! Kevin is a lifelong resident of Tiffin and has been proudly married for 36 years with 2 children.
